The company provided engineering supervision and project management services for Morjanah project in accordance with the requirements of the National Housing Company (NHC) and the regulations of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), within the framework of the sale and development of off-plan real estate projects. The scope of work included following up on engineering works, reviewing approved plans, and supervising implementation in accordance with approved specifications and standards.

The project is located in Jeddah, Makkah Province, and comprises 1,500 residential units of the apartment type.
